Dear Mrs. Bakker
Thank you for teacher me the world of economics. Even though I only had you for a semester I had a ton of fun in your class. When going into your class I was really nervous because I thought economics would be very confusing and hard (which can be sometimes). But you made the class not only somewhat easy to understand but also a ton of fun. You made the lecture informational, interactive, and interesting all at the same time. My idea of the economy has change because of how you teaches it. Instead of it being boring and confusing, you made it interesting and fun!
My favorite parts of class was when we played economic related game. Like when we played they seller and buyers game. I didn't realize how good of bargaining I was until I played that game. I also really enjoyed how you gave our brains a break once a week and played food/ men who build America. I found those short movies very interesting and some information from that movie I will always remember. For example, I'll never forget the shapes the Mcnuggets are formed into are boot, bow tie, bell, and a ball. Thank you, Mrs. Bakker for creating many memories and teaching economics to me!
The top two pictures were shoots of the dance class students at El Modena high school. It was really fun working with dancers and taking pictures of different poses. The bottom two photos are portraits of Jake Keegan a baseball player at El Modena High school. I loved exploring different lighting techniques during this project.
